Why choose bamboo over conventional materials?

We chose bamboo because of its naturally soft feel and renewable nature. Our manufacturing partner uses bamboo-based, unbleached materials for the top sheet, allowing us to offer a product that reflects our commitment to thoughtful, more sustainable period care.

Why are W.O.G. pads naturally brown?

What makes it hypoallergenic?

Unlike many conventional pads, our bamboo top layer isn't bright white. Its light brown color comes from the natural appearance of the material rather than being altered to achieve a uniform white finish. We see it as a reminder that nature doesn't need to look artificial to be beautiful.

Our bamboo-based top sheet is soft to the touch and designed with comfort in mind. We chose bamboo because it offers a naturally breathable surface, helping create a comfortable experience throughout the day.

What sizes are available?

How many pads are in one pack?

W.O.G. is currently available in XL size, thoughtfully designed to provide reliable comfort and protection for heavier flow days and overnight use. As we grow, we'll introduce more sizes based on customer feedback.

Each pack contains 10 XL sanitary pads, individually wrapped for hygiene and convenience.

When will my order arrive?

Why is delivery restricted to Pune?

We currently deliver exclusively within Pune. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

We're starting locally so we can maintain quality, understand customer feedback, and improve every aspect of the experience before expanding to more cities.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Can I pay cash on delivery?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help you cancel or modify it.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened menstrual care products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us—we'll make it right.

At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

To ensure faster order processing and a seamless checkout experience, we currently accept secure online payments through our payment partners. As W.O.G. grows, we'll continue exploring additional payment options based on customer feedback.
