Our Story

Every movement begins with a single seed.

W.O.G began with One Simple Question.

What if every period could become an act of care—for women, and for the planet they call home?

Finding our Roots.

How to Start?

We began where every meaningful product should—with listening.

We spoke to women about what they loved, what they disliked, and what they wished period care could become.

Those conversations shaped every decision that followed.

Like bamboo, meaningful change doesn't happen overnight.

The Growth

We explored manufacturers across the world.

But our vision always pointed home.

Through months of research, customer surveys, material sampling, and countless conversations, we found an Indian manufacturing partner who believed in the same future we did.

Sometimes the longest road leads to the strongest roots.

Our first step into the world.

First Product

One idea became something you could finally hold in your hands.

Our first W.O.G pad wasn't the finish line.

It was the beginning.

We are not just selling a sanitary pad.

We are building a promise.

A promise to every woman who believes that caring for herself should never come at the expense of caring for the planet.

Nature has always nurtured us.

It gives us the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food that sustains us, and the materials that protect us. Yet somewhere along the way, many everyday essentials—including period care—became increasingly dependent on plastics, chemicals, and single-use waste.

Every month, millions of women make a choice they rarely get to think about.

Not because they don't care.

Because they've never been given a better option.

At W.O.G., we believe women deserve products that respect both their bodies and the world they'll leave behind.

That's why our journey began.

Not with the goal of creating another sanitary pad.

But with the hope of creating a movement.

A Quiet Crisis We Don't Talk About

Periods are natural.

The waste they leave behind doesn't have to be.

Every year, billions of disposable sanitary products are discarded worldwide, and many conventional pads contain plastic components that can persist in the environment for centuries. In India alone, menstrual waste is a significant and growing waste-management challenge, especially in cities where disposal infrastructure is already under pressure.

When multiplied across millions of users over a lifetime, even small improvements in materials and responsible disposal can make a meaningful difference.

We don't believe W.O.G. alone will solve this challenge.

But we do believe every better choice is a step in the right direction.

Our Vision

We dream of a future where the products women rely on every month contribute less waste, greater dignity, and a healthier planet.

A future where sustainability isn't a premium feature.

It's simply the standard.

Our long-term ambition is to help build a more carbon-conscious and eventually carbon-negative future—not only through the products we create, but through the way we operate, the partnerships we form, and the communities we support.

We know this journey won't happen overnight.

It will take innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

And we're committed to growing responsibly every step of the way.

To Nature

We'll continue exploring better materials, reducing unnecessary waste, and making thoughtful environmental choices as we grow.

To Women

We'll create period care that puts comfort, transparency, and trust at its heart.

To Society

For every 10 pads purchased, we donate 1 pad to help improve access to menstrual care for girls who need it.

Three Promises. One Mission.

A Future We're Building Together

W.O.G. doesn't stand for perfection.

It stands for progress.

Every product we improve.

Every girl we support.

Every customer who chooses differently.

Every step brings us closer to a future where caring for yourself also means caring for the world around you.

And that's the future we're building—together.
